In the context of BitTorrent-v1, there exist multiple chunkers that necessitate higher layers of the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) sourced from the .torrent file or the network. Conversely, in BitTorrent-v2, characterized by a singular chunker, the requirement for supplementary information may be obviated, particularly in the case of single file torrents.
