Delaying Response to a Node Continuously Requesting Data from Itself?
I have noticed that when one node has the required data and another node repeatedly requests the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) from itself, there seems to be a delay in the response. I am curious to know if there is an algorithm in place that causes this delay intentionally. Could someone shed light on the possible algorithm or mechanism behind this delay?

Yes, the delay caused by this issue is not very significant. It typically only results in a delay of a few seconds at most.
