I am curious to know if the layout in webseeds is deterministic. Specifically, I would like to understand if the arrangement of elements on a webpage using webseeds follows a predictable pattern or if it is random. Any insights or explanations on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1The determinism of the layout in webseeds may exhibit variability based on the BitTorrent version being utilized. In the context of BitTorrent-v1, there exist multiple chunkers that necessitate higher layers of the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) sourced from the .torrent file or the network. Conversely, in BitTorrent-v2, characterized by a singular chunker, the requirement for supplementary information may be obviated, particularly in the case of single file torrents.
