Storing existing cids: locally generated or from another provider?
I have a scenario where I need to store existing cids, but I'm unsure if they were generated locally or by another provider. What would be the best approach to handle this situation and ensure proper storage of the cids? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have the option to download CAR files from the provider either on a local IPFS node or through a gateway for storage.
